Training

The success of the Dave's The Dog House™ system is based upon uniform quality and service delivered at all levels of operation for each franchise location. Training is a high priority and we have made a major commitment of time and resources developing a complete curriculum. New franchisees and restaurant managers participate in our ongoing, on site, comprehensive Dave's The Dog House™ Training Program. This full-scale, educational experience is always conducted on site for the convenience of the multi-unit operator. Training includes setting up and stocking your operation, assisting with the hiring of all staff, and assisting in the opening of your restaurant. Each franchisee learns how the restaurant is operated in accordance with corporate standards for cleanliness, performance, quality of food, service and operational efficiency.

Because training is a high priority, Dave's The Dog House™ provides its comprehensive training program for all multi-unit franchisees and their key personnel. The Training Program is designed and Implemented by KP Culinary Education. KP Education has designed and Implemented Training Programs used by Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Air Force One, The US Coast Guard Academy, and over 400 school districts. Their training programs are used to teach Culinary and Restaurant skills to over 30,000 students yearly.

This training program includes:

• An on site comprehensive training session, including Computer based educational materials, and:
  • Detailed Store Operations Manual
  • Detailed Equipment Manual
  • Pictorial Product Quality Guides
  • Testing programs for both management and hourly employees.
• On-going web based employee training and evaluation programs.
• Regular visits to the restaurant to refine and improve its operation.
• Planning for your Grand Opening
• 7 day a week availability for phone consultations.
• Confidential, on-line manuals for operations, training and food preparation.
