Project Management Program

Dave's The Dog House™ offers a complete Project Management Program to each of its multi-unit franchisees which provides project management for each franchise location. Our experienced project management team directs the development activities, tracks the progress through each stage of development, and provides a seamless flow from site selection through grand opening.

The process begins from the time you become a multi-unit franchisee. Our project manager initiates the real estate search with our national real estate director, analyzing each site so that it meets our stringent site selection criteria. Once a site is approved by Dave's The Dog House™, our team will assist you with lease negotiations.

From there, we swiftly move into the architectural design phase. Our project management team ensures that the layout created by your architect, using our prototype plans, meets all of Dave's The Dog House™ layout criteria and provides the most effective use of the floor space you have chosen.

After we receive the initial layout of your new restaurant, our project management team will assist you in the procurement of all equipment required to operate a Dave's The Dog House™ franchise. Our equipment suppliers will work to ensure that you are receiving the required equipment at the most competitive price available.

After final design is complete, we solicit bids from at least three (3) general contractors. This method allows for you, the franchisee, to receive the lowest pricing for the construction of your new restaurant. Our project management team monitors throughout the construction process, to help you ensure all work is being completed to the standards set by you and by Dave's The Dog House™ and that all construction is in compliance with applicable building codes.
